- Use the EOS framework to maintain alignment and accountability in achieving our quality objectives.
- Monitor and measure performance against these established objectives to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate openly with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and fulfilled.
